Intrapersonal communication
This form of communication is that helps guides me through uncertainty and helps me motivate myself when I need it most. This is a deep personal mechanism for adapting, coping, or evolving whether it be me calming myself down before appearing in front of a crowd or psyching myself up for an opportunity that is both exciting and terrifying.
Group Communication
For me group communication can be a challenge because of my anxiety reading this week chapters have helped me realized to better listen and adapt in group and continue to develop. This growth will be uncomfortable but after it all it will show real growth and character development for me.
Overcoming Anxiety
Chapter 1.4 shares steps to reduce speaking anxiety I will work on these steps and help improve my public speaking anxiety even speaking Infront of cameras can apprehend my commutation. with this reflection I hope to better rehear my thoughts before speaking and be more confident about presenting in front of groups and films.
